Qualification of process servers
Applicants are recorded as inactive and qualification-pending. Staff verify registration evidence, the issuing jurisdiction and a validity date before an account is activated. An account whose validity date has passed stops being assignable. We do not claim a roster size, a live availability count or any credential we have not checked.
GPS evidence
Field tracking only runs with the server's explicit, withdrawable consent and only during active assignments. Readings carry a timestamp, an accuracy figure and quality evidence, and are hash-chained so a removed or altered reading is detectable. Exact coordinates are never shown publicly or sent by email.
Limitations
- Submitting a request does not confirm a server or a date.
- We do not provide legal advice and do not advise on whether service is valid.
- We publish no success rates, guarantees or outcome promises.
- Coverage depends on a verified server being available in that area.
