DedicatedServe Field
Field is for approved process servers only. It shows assigned work, records consented location evidence during an assignment, and captures the service result. Recording is off by default and stops when the work ends.
Location is recorded only while this page is open, you have consented, and the browser allows it. Recording is not continuous and does not run in the background.
Add DedicatedServe Field to your home screen
This adds a shortcut to the DedicatedServe website on your home screen. It is not an App Store or Google Play app, and there is nothing to download from a store.
iPhone or iPad — Safari
- Open dedicatedserve in Safari — the Add to Home Screen option only appears in Safari.
- Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and choose “Add to Home Screen”.
- Tap “Add”. DedicatedServe Field now opens from your home screen like an app.
Android phone or tablet — Chrome
- Open dedicatedserve in Chrome.
- Tap the ⋮ menu in the top right.
- Choose “Add to Home screen” (it may read “Install app”).
- Confirm. DedicatedServe Field now opens from your home screen like an app.
When recording pauses
- the screen locks
- the browser is moved to the background or another app is opened
- the tab or home-screen window is closed
- connectivity changes or is lost
- battery saving or low-power mode becomes active
- the operating system suspends the page
Any period without readings is recorded as a verification gap. It is never treated as proof that you were, or were not, at a location.
