A coverage window is how much time a server has to make attempts. A wider window usually means more flexibility; a narrower one means tighter scheduling. The window you pick is a request, not a booking — dispatch confirms what is achievable in your area.
Expedited coverage
A shorter window with more frequent attempts.
Same-day coverage
Requested for the same day, subject to dispatch confirmation.
Extended coverage
A longer window for hard-to-reach recipients.

Stay on location (stakeout): $45.00 an hour, two-hour minimum, then $11.25 per 15 minutes. Requested stay hours are what the client asked for and what is quoted. Elapsed time and GPS-verified presence are recorded separately for Dispatch review and never add a charge or any server compensation.

Four documented attempts are included for the same person at one address unless the written quote says otherwise. Every timing figure is a target for the first attempt after Dispatch accepts the request. DedicatedServe never guarantees successful service, an arrival time or court acceptance. Exact eligibility depends on territory, timing, documents, address and Dispatch acceptance.
