Process

How it works

  1. Request

Service area, requested date and time, document type and the coverage window you can accept. Nothing is assigned at this point.

  2. Review

Dispatch checks the area, the window and whether a verified, currently-registered server is assignable without a scheduling conflict.

  3. Match

If coverage is possible, dispatch confirms it with you. If it is not, dispatch tells you rather than leaving the request open.

  4. Track

During active assignments the server's consented tracking session records timestamped, accuracy-scored readings.

  5. Report

The report is locked with an integrity fingerprint, re-verified every time it is downloaded.

Asking a server to stay at the location

When an attempt alone is not enough, you can ask for the process server to remain at the service location for a chosen number of hours. It is a request, not a booking: dispatch confirms availability and an approved quote before anything is assigned, and requested hours are never treated as proof that anyone was present.

During an hourly assignment your portal shows requested time, elapsed assignment time, verified time on location and any unverifiable gaps as separate figures. Gaps are never filled in afterwards, and no figure here bills, pays, completes or proves anything on its own.

Example

How live tracking works

Example only. These are generic illustrative states — not a real request, server, location or record. Location verification is not switched on.

Request received

You file the request.

Your request is recorded and queued for dispatch review.

Privacy-safe status shown to a client: Matching a server. Location verification is not switched on, so no real request shows verified location time yet.
