What a firm account gives you

Reusable firm and matter profiles

Save firm details and matter references once and reuse them on every request.

One dashboard for every request

All of the firm's requests, their stage and their history in a single private view.

Visual assignment tracking

Follow each assignment stage by stage, with an approximate service area rather than raw coordinates.

Dispatch messaging

Message Dispatch about a specific request. Servers are never contacted directly.

Transparent quotes and assignment history

Every quote shows its line items, version and expiry, and stays on the record.

Priority intake and status visibility

Firm requests are surfaced first in the intake queue, subject to server availability. This is queue position, not a timing promise.

Approved report access

Released reports are available in an accessible HTML view to the requesting firm.

Saved service preferences and repeat requests

Re-run a previous request with the same preferences instead of retyping it.

Multi-user firm access with role controls

Several people from one firm, each with their own sign-in and role.

Consolidated invoices

One statement per period instead of a charge per request.

Not available yet: Card payments are switched off until payment setup and review are complete.

Optional monthly usage summary

A monthly summary of completed assignments, sent only if the firm opts in.

Not available yet: Email delivery is switched off until a sending domain is configured.

Volume programme

  • 1–9 completed assignments a month

Standard rates, with every benefit of the programme.

  • 10–24 completed assignments a month

A 5% service-fee credit applied to the following month, after Dispatch reconciles the month.

  • 25 or more completed assignments a month

A custom written agreement. Credits never go above 10%, and above 5% needs the owner's written approval.

Credits apply to service fees only. They never apply to documented pass-through costs, parking, tolls and gated-access charges, witness fees and advanced costs, affiliate coverage outside the normal area, court filing fees, custom-quoted work.

Card payments are switched off while payment setup is completed, so no firm is being billed today.

How we work with firms

  • No referral commissions.
  • No fee sharing with attorneys or firms.
  • No gifts, meals or entertainment offered for legal referrals.
  • No quid pro quo of any kind.
  • No payment for a recommendation to a client.
  • No public claim of partnership or endorsement without written consent.

We do not promise a service outcome, a court result, a guaranteed timeline, coverage across the whole state or staffing around the clock. We say what we can do, and Dispatch confirms the rest in writing.
