Private assignment visibility
See every step. Stay informed.
Follow genuine updates as Dispatch reviews your request, a qualified server is matched and accepts, travel begins, arrival is location-verified, approved stay-on-location time is active, and the report is ready.
Dispatch confirms availability and any quote before assignment. Live status appears only after genuine assignment events.

Has Dispatch reviewed the requested service window?
Dispatch
Review is in progress. We will confirm availability and any quote before an assignment is made.

Thank you. I’ll watch the private status view for the next update.

How it works
Three clear steps.
- 01
Request
Tell us where, when and what needs serving.
- 02
Match
Dispatch reviews your request and confirms an eligible server is available.
- 03
Track
Use your private code to follow the request through completion.
Visible progress
See every step, not just the result.
Your private portal shows the request as it moves: dispatch review, matching, a matched and accepted server, travel to the service area, recorded arrival, any requested stay at the location, attempts, dispatch review and the finished report. Each step carries the time it was recorded.
- You can ask for a server to remain at the service location for a chosen number of hours, subject to dispatch confirmation, availability and an approved quote.
- Requested hours, elapsed assignment time and verified time on location are always shown as three separate figures.
- Location verification is not switched on yet, so no request shows verified location time. The portal says so plainly rather than guessing.
- You never see coordinates, routes, device details or a server's contact details, and you are never put in direct contact with a server.
Built for a defensible record
Evidence without the noise.
- Qualified servers
- Accounts stay inactive until registration evidence is reviewed.
- GPS evidence
- Consented readings may be captured during active assignments.
- Tamper-evident reports
- Locked reports are checked against their fingerprint when downloaded.
