Draft for qualified California counsel review — not yet effective.

These drafts were prepared from the behaviour of this system and from public California sources. They are not legal advice, they have not been reviewed by a lawyer, and they cannot be made effective until a qualified reviewer approves them.

This wording governs nothing today. You are not being asked to agree to it, and no part of the service relies on it. Anything shown in square brackets is a business fact that has not been supplied yet.

1. Who we are

[not yet supplied: legal entity name] operates DedicatedServe, a process-service coordination platform. Our business address is [not yet supplied: public business address]. Legal notices go to [not yet supplied: legal notice contact].

2. What we do and what we do not do

We coordinate the attempted service of legal documents by process servers, and we produce a factual record of the work performed. We do not give legal advice. We do not decide whether service was legally sufficient. We do not file documents with any court unless a separate written arrangement says so. We do not produce a court-ready affidavit unless a jurisdiction template approved by a lawyer is active in the system; otherwise we produce a factual activity report.

3. Requests are requests

Submitting a request does not book a server, does not create an assignment and does not charge anything. Dispatch reviews each request, confirms whether the address is inside coverage, and confirms pricing in writing before any work begins.

4. Quotes

A quote is issued by Dispatch for a specific version of a specific request. Every quote shows its line items and an expiry. A quote stops being valid when it expires, or when anything it was priced against changes, including the service level, the address, the requested hours, the timing or the rate card. A new quote is issued instead of silently adjusting the old one.

5. No guaranteed outcome

We do not guarantee that a person will be located, that service will be accomplished, or that a court will treat the result in any particular way. Fees compensate the documented work performed, including attempts that did not result in service.

6. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are entitled to have the documents served, that the information you supply is accurate, and that you will not ask us to do anything unlawful. You must not use the platform to harass, surveil or locate a person for a purpose unrelated to a legal proceeding.

7. Tracking and reports

Clients see an authorised, privacy-safe view of their own assignment. That view never shows raw coordinates, a server's personal contact details, device identifiers or any other client's assignment. Reports are provided in an accessible web format.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your sign-in and for the actions of people you invite into your firm account.

9. Suspension

We may pause or end access where there is unlawful use, non-payment under agreed terms, or a safety concern.

10. Liability

We are responsible for our own failure to perform the work we agreed to perform. We are not responsible for the decisions of any court, the conduct of any person served, or losses caused by inaccurate information supplied to us. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by [not yet supplied: governing law], and disputes are heard in [not yet supplied: venue].

12. Changes

We publish a new version rather than editing a published one. Material changes are notified before they take effect.

Business facts still outstanding

Across the whole draft set, these facts must be supplied and verified before any reviewer can approve the wording: billing contact, governing law, legal entity name, legal notice contact, merchant descriptor, merchant legal label, privacy contact, public business address, support contact, venue.
