This wording governs nothing today. You are not being asked to agree to it, and no part of the service relies on it. Anything shown in square brackets is a business fact that has not been supplied yet.
What is refundable
Amounts covered by the cancellation terms. Unused prepaid stay time, in whole fifteen-minute increments, after Dispatch reconciles the recorded time. Optional services that were not performed. Any duplicate charge or proven billing error, in full.
What is not refundable
The base service fee once travel has begun or an attempt has been made. Work that was authorised, performed and documented, even where the outcome was unsuccessful.
Timing
An approved refund is initiated within five business days. How long it then takes to appear is decided by the card issuer or bank, and we say so rather than promising a date.
How to ask
