Policy draft
Dispute and Chargeback Terms
Draft for qualified California counsel review — not yet effective.
These drafts were prepared from the behaviour of this system and from public California sources. They are not legal advice, they have not been reviewed by a lawyer, and they cannot be made effective until a qualified reviewer approves them.
This wording governs nothing today. You are not being asked to agree to it, and no part of the service relies on it. Anything shown in square brackets is a business fact that has not been supplied yet.
Talk to us first
Raise a billing or service concern through Dispatch on the request. We answer in writing, explain which rule applied, and correct genuine errors in full.
Evidence we rely on
The assignment record, the quote and its version, the messages on the request, and the report. Location evidence is supporting material reviewed by a person; it does not decide a dispute by itself.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is raised, we respond with the records above. A chargeback does not remove your right to ask us for a correction directly, and asking us first is usually faster.
Governing law and venue
[not yet supplied: governing law] governs, and disputes are heard in [not yet supplied: venue]. Legal notices go to [not yet supplied: legal notice contact].
Nothing here waives a right
Nothing in these terms is intended to waive a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Business facts still outstanding
Across the whole draft set, these facts must be supplied and verified before any reviewer can approve the wording: billing contact, governing law, legal entity name, legal notice contact, merchant descriptor, merchant legal label, privacy contact, public business address, support contact, venue.
