Before a server is assigned
Cancel for a full refund.
After assignment, before travel begins
Refund less a flat twenty-five dollar administrative charge, because scheduling work has been done.
After travel begins, before arrival
Unused stay time and optional services that were not performed are refunded. The base service fee is not refunded because dispatch and travel work have begun.
After arrival, or after an attempt
The base service fee is not refunded.
How to cancel
Cancel through Dispatch on the request itself, so the time of the cancellation is recorded. Support contact: [not yet supplied: support contact].
What decides the stage
A person at Dispatch records the stage from the assignment record. Location evidence is never the sole basis for deciding that travel began or that a server arrived.
Business facts still outstanding
Across the whole draft set, these facts must be supplied and verified before any reviewer can approve the wording: billing contact, governing law, legal entity name, legal notice contact, merchant descriptor, merchant legal label, privacy contact, public business address, support contact, venue.
